The modern diet is deficient in 2 essential nutrients that help build bones, calcium and magnesium. The UK Department of Health recommends for women a daily calcium intake of over 1200mg, an amount that is difficult to achieve through a modern diet (especially if the diet includes few dairy products).
Osteoguard is a specially designed Lamberts formula that provides Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamins D and K and Boron. The selection of micronutrients and their quantity was based on their properties in bone metabolism as, calcium, magnesium and vitamins D & K, contribute * to the maintenance of normal bone condition.
Based on the content of Osteoguard, it is recommended to take one tablet daily as a dietary supplement in most diets, while the administration of 2 tablets daily is recommended for people who follow a diet low in dairy products or women during the postmenopausal period. It can also be combined well with other multivitamin formulas and, like all Lamberts formulations, is manufactured in the UK to strict GMP (Pharmaceutical GMP) standards.

Use
Assimilation time: Less than 1 hour. Suitable for vegetarians.

Dosage: 1 to 2 tablets daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
