The sweet birch (Sweet Birch) is derived from the plant with the common name Betula Lenda and is related to White Birch. The essential oil of Sweet Birch comes from steam distillation of the melted peel and has a sweet, cool as the wintergreen flavor ( "reminiscent" known Counterpain ointment).

The essential oil of Sweet Birch is used in aromatherapy as a skin tonic, antioxidant, for muscle and joint pains and inhalations for nasal congestion.

To essential oil of Sweet birch combined very well with oregano, peppermint, ylang ylang, thyme, vanilla.
