Methyl B Complex by Lamberts is a specialized nutritional formula with all the vitamins of the B complex, which provides:
• Folic acid in the form of methylfolate (or 5-MTHF) which is the natural form of folic acid, as we find it in food (green vegetables).
Vitamin B6 in the form of Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P5P), which is the active form of B6
• Vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, which is the form of B12 with maximum absorption and bioavailability.

Several of the B vitamins contribute*:
• in the normal functioning of the immune system (Vitamins B12, B6, Folic acid),
• in the treatment of tiredness and fatigue (Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, Folic acid)
• and maintaining normal psychological function (B1, B2, B6, B12, Biotin, Folic acid).

Use

Suitable for vegetarians & vegans.

Assimilation time: Less than 1 hour.

Dosage: 1 tablet daily after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Precautions: Taking the B complex of vitamins may cause yellow discoloration of the urine. This is harmless and indicates the elimination of excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin) from the body. This product should not be taken by pregnant or lactating women. Long-term intake of Vitamin B6 (>50mg/day) may lead to mild tingling and numbness in the extremities (resolves with discontinuation of the vitamin). Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. This product is not intended for the prevention, treatment or cure of human disease. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have any health problems.
