Use

Suitable for vegetarians & vegans.

Assimilation time: Less than 1 hour.

Dosage: 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Precautions: Taking the B complex of vitamins may cause yellow discoloration of the urine. This is harmless and indicates the elimination of excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin) from the body. This product should not be taken by pregnant or lactating women. Long-term intake of Vitamin B6 (100mg/day) can lead to the appearance of numbness (numbness) in the extremities. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. This product is not intended for the prevention, treatment or cure of human disease.
