The tablet has the property of slow controlled release and dissolution, where the
bacteria are released gradually, in the small and large intestine.

ProBion daily contains viable cultures of lactic acid, 6 billion bacteria / tablet of Lactobacillus plantarum, acidophilus, casei, bulgaricus and Bifidobacterium lactis and Inulin, Xanthan and vegetable magnesium RSPO.

ProBion daily does not contain lactose. Lactic acid bacteria are cultivated without the use of milk or soy supplements.

Inulin

Inulin consists of natural fructo-oligosaccharides and polysaccharides derived from the chicory root (Cichorium intybus).

Xanthan

Xanthan is a mucilaginous substance that forms a protective covering around bacteria during their passage to the intestine, preventing the harmful effects of bile and gastric acids. Xanthan is produced by bacterial fermentation of carbohydrates.

It is very important, in a probiotic, that the bacteria remain viable.

Shelf life of probiotics

ProBion is analyzed by fluorescence flow cytometry which is a technique for measuring and characterizing microscopic particles in a flowing liquid. It allows simultaneous multi-parameter analysis of the physical or chemical characteristics of single cells flowing through an optical and/or electronic detection device.
