Dosage

4 sprays are recommended regardless of food intake per day (all together or from two in the morning - evening) or otherwise as suggested by the expert. Sprays should be done either inside the cheek or sublingually. Hold the spray effect for 5-7 seconds in the oral cavity before swallowing, in order to fully process the absorption. Shake well before each use. When using it for the first time, press the pump 3 times to bring the product up. After opening it is kept for 6 months. Store at room temperature.

1-5 years: 1 spray per day is recommended

6-12 years: 2 sprays per day are recommended

13 years and older: 4 sprays per day are recommended
